I ordered this product from Amazon.com since there are no stores that carry the item and Creative Labs do not sell directly. After waiting more than a week (free super saver shipping takes that long) I finally recieve the media player and discover that it is completely dead. Will not charge or be recognized by the computer. Amazon does not issue replacements, only gives refunds. But I had to pay for shipping. So it costs me 8 bucks to send it back and I'm basically out 8 bucks for absolutely nothing. Needless to say I will not order another and risk getting burned again.
