Dell VOSTRO 1720 C2D/2.2 3GB-250GB DVDR 17 WVB-XP (464-3078) PC Notebook

I am pretty unhappy with the Dell Vostro laptop.  I have two main complaints.  The first is that the back cord falls out all the time.  This is supposed to be a laptop, but you can't use it on your lap.  Anytime you move the computer, the cord falls out.  I even had Dell send a new one under the warranty, and it falls out all the time.  So unless the laptop is never going to be moved or jiggled, I wouldn't recommend it.  My other complaint is that when you type on it, the letters jump to somewhere else in your text.  This does this all the time when composing email, or using the word processor.  At first I thought I was doing something wrong in my typing, until I found out from a few friends and family members who also have Dell computers, that the same thing happens to them all the time.
