At least the Microsoft Service Pack 2 and the Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1. must be installed on your computer. If these components are not installed, download them for free from the Microsoft website or through the software update function of your Windows operating system. Adobe Reader is required to view the manual. A free download is available from the Adobe website.
