The Intel Active Thermal Solution XTS100H O5 exceeds the cooling requirements for the 95W TDP Intel Core i7 processor in the LGA1156 Socket. The selectable fan speed control offers quiet and performance mode settings. In the quiet mode at a maximum of 35dBA exceeds the 95W CPU thermal requirements, and in performance mode setting offers the Enthusiast even more performance margin for Over Clocking. The stylish blue LEDs illuminate with power. The XTS100H highly polished CPU contact surface offers optimal heat transfer. The three heat pipe solution with six vertical rising pipes has been designed to withstand stringent shipping stress requirement testing while meeting the ATX motherboard “keep out-Inch design guide requirements. Technical details: Tested to a 50x gravity shock force – equivalent to more than a 3 ft drop while integrated into a system. Idle CPU acoustics under 20 dBA at 800 RPM.
