Thanks to its top mounted compressor design, the Master Bilt IHC 27 ice cream hardening and holding cabinet provides even more storage space than comparably sized freezers. It also requires less frequent cleaning and servicing, which helps reduce service costs and down time. The Master-Bilt IHC-27 features a powerful 1 hp compressor that uses R404-a refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 0 to -40 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self closing door is designed with a convenient 90 degree hold open feature for easier loading and unloading of ice cream tubs. Two staggered height insulated half doors inside the unit help maintain internal temperatures and enhance the units overall energy efficiency. Four heavy duty epoxy coated shelves are included to help you better organize the hardening cabinet's storage space.
