Overall shopping experience was very pleasant, I was looking for a cell phone charger for my car, unfortunately I got a little confused with the wording that describes which phones were compatible. So I called your customer service hotline and was greeted very warmly by one of your reps, don't remember her name but she was able to clear what had confused me. The only question we have is to be clearer on shipping procedures as some people like ourselves live in a rural area with no delivery to the home ,therefore a PObox is all we have at the post office. The products are nice quality

HORRIBLE, THEY SEND U DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND THEN TAKE MONTHS TO CREDIT BACK YOUR MONEY, I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN
