I'll definitely buy from them again
Full review In a stroke of good luck, I recently won a cooking.com gift certificate from a sweepstakes I had entered. I was so excited that I went right to the website to have a look around. At first, by glancing at their front page, I thought the prices were terribly expensive. Not so, after I looked through the website, I found tons of great deals at great prices. Not only that, but cooking.com conveniently places links to any rebate offers directly on the product's page. That way it's impossible to miss out on those added bonuses that can save you a substantial amount of money. Plus, they have a great, and I do mean great, selection of products. It's a cooking lover's dream come true. They had gadgets that I had never even seen before and I could easily browse through that website for hours. Here's the best part about them. I ordered a product that was on back order and it was going to take approximately a month before it was delivered. At the end of my ordering process, there was a an optional survey to take about your ordering experience. I did the survey, added a little entry saying that I was somewhat disappointed in the long shipping time. A few days later, I received an email from the customer service department at cooking.com. They were apologetic about the shipping and said they would try their best to get it to me as soon as possible. Sure enough, it showed up in half the time that they had originally estimated. What I couldn't believe, though, was that this company actually pays attention to the feedback and will contact a customer to try to resolve a problem. That's extremely rare these days and I really appreciate that level of customer service. So, all in all, I had a great experience with them. I'll definitely be going back to them in the near future. |
