I ordered the Adobe CS3 package from Vio Software. The price was a full $1,000 less than what Adobe charges if you order it direct. Expedited FedEx shipping was only $3, and I had my package within about three business days. No complaints at all whatsoever.

An update: Vio promptly credited my credit card upon return of the item. As it turns out, I had the same media issue with another edition of Office X3 purchased from Staples. The workaround Corel gave me would have likely worked with the edition of Office X3 I purchased from Vio. As far as the key goes, my guess is that the Vio distribution and key was for a market other than North America; it probably would have worked just fine on my computer if I'd have gotten that far. I would order from Vio again. <br> <br> --- Original posting --- <br> Very scary... Purchased a WordPerfect Office X3 upgrade. Media was bad so I downloaded the trial version from Corel website and used the key included with the Vio distribution. Key is invalid. Corel says I've likely been duped; Vio is not a licensed reseller and there's no way they can sell this product so cheaply. Vio says my key may be incompatible with the trial version and that they have no more of this software item in stock. They say they'll refund my money if I send back the nonworking distribution.

The best prices and the best service of any vendor my company deals with on the net; shipping was very fast and quite reasonable. I will definitely deal with them again and again. Considering how many other companies are charging inflated prices for &#147Windows XP&#148 due to the release of Windows Vista and its not so good present performance. Most people want to still find and install &#147Windows XP&#148 on their systems, I highly advise you to do this and buy it from them quickly. My order was very accurate and timely in its processing.

Vio Software provided what I wanted at a very good price. I had looked at other vendors, but they did not seem to provide what I wanted at the price I was willing to pay. Vio delivered the product very quickly and it was just as advertised. I actually received the product faster than I expected. I was a little worried at first to order from Vio because of their low prices, but I was completely satisfied with my order. They were very responsive to my email.
