Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced shopping both online and in a brick and mortar shop. My order was delayed and after failing to receive satisfactory service, I canceled the order. However, ZipZoomFly, although they had not even shipped my merchandise, had "charged" my creditcard. Nearly three weeks have passed and the charge has not been removed. MY ORDER WAS WELL OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE A WORTHLESS CUSTOMER, NO BETTER THAN GARBAGE. I have already advised many people against ordering from this retailer.

It was hell! They didn't have the product in stock so they shiped the wrong product out. They informed me several days later that the product I ordered wasn't available. They never return the customer phone calls as promise. I would never purchase anything from this company nor would i recommend them to anyone.

Disappointed. Shipping was late. Product failed to work at after 13 days. Had to fill out an RMA form and I am still waiting for response from ZZ. I will not shop at this place again.

I dont know why zipzoomfly has so many problems on international payment methods. I did my order unsing a telext transfer. on the way, $25 just disappeared and cutomer service are telling me that sorry we cant help you although i provided them that on my side all the amount required was transfered. well, thanks alot kammy wong....

Ordered digital camera & memory card 12-17-04. Expected 2 day delivery in time for X-mas. Rec'd card on 12-22 but no camera. Order status showed camera packed but didn't ship until 1-4-05. Tried cancelling order but Zip wouldn't allow because camera was "packed" for shipment. Suspect it was actually out-of-stock. Also was stuck with $28 shipping charge despite advertised "2-day free shipping". Ordered previously from this outfit with no problem. Won't order from them again!

I purchased the following item:eVGA e-GeForce 6600 GT AGP 8X 128MB DDR Video Card w/HDTV-Out & DVI Retail. I recieved it promptly but feel that the packaging was inadaquate. The card does not work. (I have since purchased a similar card and installed it ...it works perfectly). I requested an RMA # over a week ago and have not heard a reply. I understand that eltronic cards like this sometimes arrive and don't work but I do expect good and prompt customer service.

Put drive in my comp and within 48 hours dead. This left me with 80GB of irreplaceable home vids on a bad drive. sent drive back, takes them almost two weeks to tell me they have none in stock and agree that my drive was bad. NO ETA on REPLACEMENT. I called them the day before I received the email about this and they told me on the phone that it had been tested and was bad, but did not tell me none were in stock, and just to wait. At least they offer to refund my money and waive the 15% restocking fee...which should be done. I didn't want to restock it, and I was fine with losing my home videos, but the delay and poor customer service is completely unacceptable for such a company that is as big as them.

The first time I ordered I consulted with a help person by phone. I told her about my concern with the purchase because there were some differences I didn't understand... she advised me on which product to purchase and I had it shipped. She advised me to buy a socket 775... I needed a socket 478!!! The two that I compared differed in socket size and niether party caught the mistake... When I recieved the wrong processor I shipped it back... they tried to charge me the stocking fee!!! I had to order the other processor before they refunded me the stocking fee. Also it took them 2 weeks to process my return when the item was returned unopened in the same box... I was told it would be a couple of days. Know what you're buying and you'll be ok, don't expect help from their staff afterwards though!

It is unacceptable that I have to wait for 2 weeks for a product that I returned because it wasn't in good condition. Besides, I expected to get a new one. I am not sure if the one I got to replace the broken one, was new or was fixed.

Horrible! As required, I have tried several attempts to call the verification department to verify my credit card address. The department is always busy. I left a mesasge, no response from them. I can't wait in line to be serviced, I have to call back every time and it's always busy. The phone number is not free either!

Todays email says: 1) We are currently unable to approve your rebate for the reason listed below. 2) We did not receive a sales receipt with your request. 3) You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error.
