Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced shopping both online and in a brick and mortar shop. My order was delayed and after failing to receive satisfactory service, I canceled the order. However, ZipZoomFly, although they had not even shipped my merchandise, had "charged" my creditcard. Nearly three weeks have passed and the charge has not been removed. MY ORDER WAS WELL OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED LIKE A WORTHLESS CUSTOMER, NO BETTER THAN GARBAGE. I have already advised many people against ordering from this retailer.
I would not shop here again

I have not purchased anything from or through shopping.com or ZipZoomFly.com. How can I rate a merchant that I have never heard of, you must have your addreses confused.

Transcend is trying to avoid paying the $60 rebate. Todays email says:
1) We are currently unable to approve your rebate for the reason listed below.
2) We did not receive a sales receipt with your request.
3) You will receive a letter or postcard describing this problem. The letter or postcard may have instructions on how to correct this error.
I would not shop here again
