I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to create an online account to make the purchase...and that even creating one was very effortless. I hate websites that ask you to sign in and do all this filling out. I just want to complete the purchase and that's exactly what your website allowed me to do. As a mom of an 8 month old, who has time to loiter on the internet? I barely have time to respond to my personal emails! Your customer representative was very nice and helpful. Love the car seat. My baby fell asleep in it within 2 minutes! Would definitely return to your site (also easy to remember name).

I like the products at BabyEarth. I do not like the way the website won't let you continue shopping when you add something to the shopping cart; that was a frustating feature that needs repair.

I didn't know about BabyEarth before, and I found it a very good place to shop for new babies. I wish a wrapping cost is a little bit lower.

My only problem was that I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of my order and was not sure whether it had gone thru or if I should reorder. Then when I called to verify if it had been received, I got a recording and was told that someone would return my call. They did not call back until the next day when I was not at home. That had me very concerned. I did not like the fact that I was unable to call and speak to a person regarding a problem. However I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which my order arrived. One other problem was that since I did not receive an order confirmation and the packing slip did not show any pricing, I still do not know the total amount that I have been charged. I guess that I will have to wait for my credit card bill. That is not right.

Unexplained delay in shipping. Product was said to be shipped on a monday and expected to arrive on Friday. Order tracking showed no progress beyond "billing information received" until Friday when status showed shipment date "rescheduled" and in progress through Illinois. It is Sunday today, and I expect the product will arrive tomorrow, which is fine, a week from order date, which is what the initial estimate stated. All of this was only frustrating because with the expected delivery still saying Friday, with no progress on the tracking page, I emailed BabyEarth customer service and they reassured me with all confidence that it was on track to deliver Friday, even though there was nothing to indicate the package was even in transit. This just leaves me with the impression that customer service didn't really know what they are talking about.

Babyearth was great. I had to email customer service with a concern and I got a response back within 24 hours. The only thing I would improve is the paypal service. For some reason it never worked for me. Great Site! Will tell friends.

I really thought this was a great site to get mam nipples. The only problem I had was that as soon as I got the nipples, 2 of them were bad, meaning they had like a defect in them, I have to contact the company

I SEARCHED AND SEARCHED for this lip/face balm for my 3 year old daughter in local retailers and on-line. I found it quickly and easily on Baby-Wise (after repeated failures locally) and ordered it, and received it right on time. My only regret is that I didn't need 99.00 worth of stuff for my daughter so I could get free shipping. Thanks baby-wise, please consider making free shipping after 24.99, I would have bought 5 tubes of this stuff. Thanks again.

Received item in 3 days. Best part is they HAD IT!!! Burlinton Baby Depot had none in 3 stores in town and didn't know if they would get anymore. Am very pleased! Will use them again without hesitation.

Very good merchandize selection. Excellent customer service. I notices a moment too late that they had a freee shipping order. My order was a few dollars short to qualify. I called and emailed to add an item to my order. Receoived a return call the following morning, and they had already taken care of my request based on my email. Exactly as I would hope a retailer would act, but so few do.

Ourstanding service, would recomend to all. Had ordered the wrong base and discovered it about 1 hour later , wrote a letter to the company explaning the mees up on my part and what I meant to order. They straightened out the order the way I wanted it in the first place and recieved the order 2 days later. Fantastic company .

Poor customer service

The ordering process was fine, but the wrong product ended up at my door. After explaining to the customer service person that I did not receive the product as listed on their website, they agreed to ship the correct product and send a return mailing label. However, when we asked if they could expedite the replacement product, they said it was my error and they were doing me a favor by shipping the replacement free of charge. This is not true, and I politely explained to the customer service person the error was on their website, but he would not even consider the notion that I was correct. In the end, I will get the product I ordered, although about two weeks after I placed the order, which is inconvenient at the least. But I'm also left with a bad feeling about spending my money with this company. Customer service is easy when everything goes smoothly, but you really find out what a company is all about when problems arise. This company did not show me much respect as a potential return customer.
