I had a great experience with Baby Catalog. The Colgate Supreme Baby Mattress we ordered arrived 2 days after ordering it, as promised. In addition, the customer support was informed. I would use Baby Catalog again without hesitation.

I would not shop with baby catalog again. I ordered a stroller on Sunday and online it said that it would be shipping out no later that 11 hours. On Tuesday afternoon, I checked my email, only to find an email from them saying that my stroller was on back-order for 4-6 weeks and that my c.c had already been charged. WHAT?? Why don't they say online if the item is on back-order when you order it instead of saying it is in stock. Anyway, I called and cancelled my order right away. I do have to say though that the lady at customer service was very nice and easy to deal with.

I ordered the Peg Perego Pliko P3 and Primo Viaggio - the price was phenomenal! When they arrived (on time) - the box was torn & the car seat base was cracked due to poor FedEx handling. I called Baby Catalog and the customer service representative was fantastic! He arranged to have my seat picked up the next day and sent out another car seat the same day. I had my new car seat in just 2 days and it could not have been any easier. I LOVE this store and shop here regularly. Great price, free shipping, great product lines & selection, excellent customer service every time I call for info - What more can I ask for? FABULOUS!

I purchased a Britax Parkway for $64 from Babycatalog.com. This is the third time I have bought from them but my first time writing a review. Each and every order was handled extremely well. Great on-time delivery and the best prices around. Their customer service people are very knowledgeable and polite. Sometimes when prices are TOO low, you get concerned about service, etc. Don't worry with this company.

Babycatalog.com couldn't have been better! We ordered a Britax car seat and we had it in 3 days! The price was fantastic, and the shipping was free. Customer Service was great. They don't send out tracking numbers automatically but I called their 800#, and they tracked it right over the phone. They told me where it was, when it would arrive and the tracking number so I could track it myself later - try getting personalized service from the other guys like that!

I had no trouble ordering, the price was great, website easy to navigate.. However, the item has still not arrived! It has been over 3 MONTHS! They have been continuously telling me that it will be arriving soon, but the date keeps getting pushed back, over and over and over. I would never shop here again.

I ordered a 2007 Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP car seat in Crystal Blue. It was priced less than anywhere else at $194.00. I also got free shipping and no tax. I ordered it on a Wednesday and it arrived Friday morning. The site said to expect it to ship in 1-3 business days, however it was MUCH faster than that to my delight. The car seat is in perfect condition and so was the box. The customer service department was very pleasant to deal with. My only reason for calling was to inquire about a tracking number. My only complaint is that they don't send out an email confirming the item has shipped. Other than that, it was a fantastic shopping experience.

Lowest price guaranteed. Ordering was easy and received order confirmation but there was no further communication from merchant. I contacted babycatalog.com via secure form to inquire about shipment and they replied right away with the shipment tracking information. Very fast to ship - I ordered on a Monday morning and received my order on Thursday (shipped from CT to FL). Other than no initial shipment notification, I am very happy with merchant experience.

I just ordered a Britax Roundabout in Lazy Days Grey on Monday and it has already been delivered this morning (Friday). Baby Catalog had the BEST price on this seat. I had read mixed reviews here and was a bit hesitant, but I will definitely order from here again. Quick shipping and my car seat just manufactured on 8/31/07 arrived in perfect condition. One thing I hate about certain companies is when they have a problem with your order or your credit card or what ever they wait for SEVERAL days or even a week to notify you, just at the time you should be expecting your order. This happened to me with Baby Catalog. There was a problem with processing my card (they had the problem, it wasn't on my end). Sooo...instead of notifying me immediately like other places with good customer service, they waited 5 days. Needless to say I will be shopping somewhere else where the price may be higher but so is the customer service!

I ordered a Colgate foam mattress on Tuesday and it was a pleasant surprise to receive the order on Friday! I chose to order from Babycatalog.com, because it was the only place that was selling the specific Colgate mattress I was looking for. Besides Babycatalog.com had the most competitive price on Colgate mattresses. I would definitely order again with them if I can get the items I want at great prices, shipped this fast. I wish they had provided me with a tracking number for the shipment though.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order on Thursday only to receive an email late Friday afternoon that the item was backordered for 4 weeks. They waited until I could not contact them about it until Monday and therefore could not cancel the order and place an order elsewhere. I find it very irritating that they didn't list on the website that the item was backordered and wouldn't be available for 4 weeks. That alone could have saved me a lot of headache time.

Very Poor Customer Service! I ordered a Fast Table Chair and received it within 10 days. However, my chair was missing the carrying case. I called and they told me to take it up with the manufacturer. The customer service(?)representative who claimed to be the manager was very short and rude. It definitely was not his problem but mine from this point forward! The price was right but the service spoke volumes about this company and is why I would never order anything from them again. The chair by the way looks fabulous and I can't wait to use it!

I have bought two Marie Osmond collectible dolls from BabyCatalog.com who now has dolls from a bunch of makers. Since they are mostly a baby products site and I hadn't seen them before I wasn't sure. But they offered free ground shipping which NO ONE does, and they shipped FAST. They said they've only carried Marie Osmond for a little while but they are already stocking the ENTIRE line! They told me they are opening a doll website in September and there are going to be lots of new features. It's definetly going to be worth checking out.

I was very impressed with several things about The Baby Catalog of America. First, their pricing was the lowest I could find for the Britax Marathon car seat, plus they gave me a free seat protector. My order was 100% accurate and arrived just when they said it would. They did send me an email to confirm my online order, but there was no shipping tracking number or online access to my order status. I really like that feature at other sites, so I hope they will add this in the future. Despite this, I would definitely shop there again!

When I first ordered from Baby Catalog, I was a little skeptical, because the prices seemed so much lower, and I had never heard of it before. I have now bought 5 items and have never been disappointed, in service or in price. Recently I bought a Britax car seat at a price that was approximately $20 lower than any other place I found. It turned out the color I order was out of stock, so I received a phone call where they offered to send any color replacement to me, even those that are more expensive, for the same price. Service has been friendly, items received in a timely fashion, and frequently the best price around.
