Description on my thumb drive was not complete and I would have ordered another if it stated clearly that the USB port was retractable. Additionally, I do not like the high flat rate shipping cost for a single purchase. I would order from Geeks,com more often if shipping were not so high for one item.

I RECIVED THE TV DEFETIVE . RETURNED TV WITH THE LABLE THEY SENT 9/15/08 RMA I HAD TO PAY $92.86 THEY SENT ME ANOTHER LABLE ON 9/16/08 FEDEX PREPAID.
THE TV WAS SENT ON THE 9/15/08 .THEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND MY MONEY FOR TV AND SHIPPING. AND TO SEND THE RECEITS. WITCH I DID. THE TV $399. SHIPPING $147.00.
I HAVE NOT RECIVED ANY REFUND YET.
I GOT EMAIL THAT SAID THEY REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT .
STILL NEVER RECIVED ANY REFUND.
VERY UNHAPPY.

I bought what looked to be the mobo I needed. Upon inspection it was not what I was thinking it was. So to return it they are slow, they charge you the shipping both ways (expected), then they hit you with a 15% charge to take it back. We cannot see the instruction book before we buy, so this is insult on top of double shipping. I will do very little business with them because of such crumby policies.... not "never again," but certainly very little.

Had to return item as nothing was included in the box. Just a computer. It did not have a power cord, manual, A Drive (as it showed was included) or anything else. I was very unhappy with the purchase.

Shipping was too expensive; Geeks.com apparently supports some scam-ish company with links in the email saying you qualify for free shipping which you can only get if you subscribe to something and give them your credit card number.
