Horrible experience. Sent bogus tracking number so they could charge my card. After 15 days never received package had to do a charge back.

Extremely disorganized company. Tried to order bulk of a new build. Took two days to verify credit card. Took an extra day to confirm order. After three days, received notification that order was incomplete. Called for info-ZZf said that it might not have been incomplete, it might have actually shipped. I told them "might have" and "maybe complete" don't work for me. Told them to cancel order and recall whatever shipped. They said they would, but they didn't. Had to call FedEx myself. Ended up with $26 (half of shipping) for my trouble. I asked if $26 was worth me and everyone I could convince to never order from them. ZipZoomfly said that was their decision.

Horrible, horrible experience. Lazy management. Not worth the cheap prices.

FYI: Both Newegg and ClubIT managed to deliver orders placed at the same time as the one at ZZf before ZZf could even confirm their own inventory.

Nine days to nothing

I ordered a processor from ZZF which was in stock on Feb. 19. Yesterday I checked the status of my order and it listed "Packed" as the status. Today, nine days later, I receive an email from them that states the product is out of stock and will no longer be carried by the company. How can they pack an item which isn't in stock?!? I can understand a day or two to find out an item is out of stock, but nine days? and after a status of 'Packed'?

This was not my first order with ZZF. I have had good luck with them in the past, so this behavior was reprehensible. As the product was unfortunately permanently out of stock, ZZF has unfortunately permanently lost a customer.

One more thing. I hadn't realized until just now that ZZF charged my card the day I ordered my item. Now I have a hefty charge for an item I'll never receive. Boo-hiss!! Two thumbs down!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST

One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. I ordered a E8400 which was supposedly in stock at the time of my order...it wasnt. After 9 emails to their customer service with no response, an email to the BBB, and paypal resolution center I finally received my refund 2 weeks later. During those 2 weeks they continued to sell the E8400 which they didnt have in stock. I also received an email today from their so called customer service and they said that item was high in demand and that they never received any of my emails...well why was it listed as in stock on your website and ready to ship in 24 hours??? AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!

Zero Back order warning

most items shipped and received in a timely fashion, however key item missing from invoice, note left in shipping package that said item was back ordered. no prior warning item was out of stock, was listed as in stock and that it had shipped. reported item missing from shipment and 48+ hrs later, still no reply from zipzoomfly

Ordered some items Tues night with overnight shipping. Processing finished Wed morning and went into "packed" status. Thursday I sent an email wondering why it didn't ship Wed, was told that my order had been accepted.....duh, I thought that was what processing meant. Anyways Friday comes around and still in "packed" status. I call and they now tell me cpu was out of stock and they didn't notify me because they knew it was coming on Friday......wow. To add to this, lady tells me my order still might not ship Friday.

Now I am stuck with overnight shipping that was ordered on a Tuesday night that quite possibly wont get to me till the next Tuesday....bravo zzf. And they wont let me cancel.

Meanwhile, I ordered A mid tower case from Newegg Thursday, a case that is sitting in my living room right now, on a Friday.

The item went for a dollar less right after I ordered it and they refused to refund me a lousy buck! They don't care about their customers. I canceled my order and I'll never buy from them again. The absolute worst at customer service!

I've been a customer for around five years now, and have seen the website evolve during that time. I am very happy that they now have detailed filters that allow you to find the product you want quickly and easily without having to sift through dozens of similar products that you don't want.

I have always appreciated the "Free Shipping" (having the shipping costs included in the price) because as a consumer, you always have to factor in the shipping costs when purchasing online. They take that step out; one less thing to worry with. I have always received my purchases within a few days of placing the order as well and have never had a problem with my items being damaged or faulty.
<br>
<br>
By making my life a little easier with the update to the new website, and continuing to offer the products I want (primarily computer components) at great prices with an "error free" shipping history, ZZF can count on getting more of my business.

Horrible customer care, Invalid Availability Status

I placed an order for an item that was shown to be in stock and was supposedly shipping within 24 hours. My credit card was charged the same day and I received an email stating that my order was being processed.

For the next 3 days i saw no change in my order status and i wrote an email using their contact form as well as leaving a voice mail since i could not get a hold of anyone. No one responded. The next day i called repeatably until i finally reached someone, they said i need to talk to the 'verification department'... there no one ever picked up, it always went straight to the voice mail. So i called the customer service again (and again and again) and when i finally reached some one they asked if i could verify my shipping address.. i did and then they told me the item was out of stock and i had to wait 3 weeks. Even though the item was still shown to be in stock and shipping within 24 hours on their site.

Left me hanging for a Christmas present...Never Again!

Placed an order for a Asus computer on 11/23/07 and paid in full via Paypal the same day. Item showed "in stock, usually ships in 24 hours". As this is to be a Christmas present, I bought from this company based on having the item in stock. As of 12/4/07, my on line invoice still shows "pending" for processing. Called customer support, who said the item was back-ordered due to a hugh demand, but if that's the case, why does their internet site as of this very minute still show my item as "in stock"? I sent an e-mail to customer service three business days ago, and still have not received any replay. This company still has my payment, with no date when and even if it my order will be received before Christmas.

BAD EXPERIENCE! I purchased an item that had a rebate, and I believe I was not sent a receipt. I emailed customer service, and they sent no response.

I found directions on there website on how to get a receipt and the links they talk about don't even appear to exist. I would recommend purchasing from somewhere else that appreciates their customers.
