Nightmare. Ridiculous "customer service"! Their web site listed the model number I needed for a HEPA filter. Of course when I got the 2 filters I ordered, the 1 I removed from packaging didn't fit. When I returned they would only refund for 1 saying that the 2nd was opened. Of course it was, I had to see if it fit! Since they had the wrong model number on the site I felt they should refund both.

Then the idiots told me I created a risk for THEM by returning an opened filter they may have inadvertently sold to another unsuspecting customer. Great Quality Control!
