Software disk was broken in the mail, but a repacement disk was mailed immediately after I reported the problem. The company was extremely prompt in correcting the problem. I had a very good shopping experience.

Bought two copies of the same software. On was missing the registration number. Software no good without this number. Had to call Software tech support to get the number. Very Strange that the number was not included in the sealed box.
