Both products have exceeded my expectations and have performed much better, and at lower cost, than prior purchases of Canon printers. The Epson site is easy to use. The site search engine is excellent, and product lists in drop-down menus are always complete and up-to-date. I never have any problems with orders or with finding what I want on the site. I'm sure we'd all love it if ink was less expensive, but that has nothing to do with the site itself. I find this online store one of the better ones on the Web.
