Full-Duplex Fast Ethernet network Tap for 10/100 BaseT Networks! Net Optics, Inc. introduces its line of TX Splitter Taps, which allows users to monitor the full-duplex traffic between two Fast Ethernet devices. The Ethernet series of Taps are fully IEEE 802.3u compliant for use in 10/100BaseTX Ethernet networks in full-duplex mode. It includes four (4) shielded UTP connectors and is fully IEEE 802.3u compliant. It is designed to be used with network analyzers in a Ethernet configuration, allowing the monitoring of network traffic flowing in both directions of a link connection. It is designed such that interruption of network traffic will not occur. If power is lost, data is still passed through the Tap.
