Pros: Instruction manual easy to follow, big hard drive, firewire input, clear and crisp pictures.
Cons: Cannot create folder on harddrive, recorder doesn't have IR cable to control the settop box.
The Bottom Line: I recommend it for its ease of use, high quality pictures, dv input is very convenient for home videos. Huge hard drive, can record at HQ for 25 hours.

Pros: great pictures! takes pictures in both RAW and normal format. Excellent battery life.
Cons: No live view. Can be kind of heavy to carry.
The Bottom Line: I love this camera. Anyone who is thinking about going to DSLR should think about this camera!
