Pros: Easy Installation, back up time reasonable, plenty of space.
Cons: Poor manual, software could be improved, one of the 2 drives is not user replaceable.
The Bottom Line: So far, no problems. Check you firewall if your drive is not recognized.

Pros: Looks nice, backs up your files well.
Cons: Not as fast as I would like, usual abysmal HP "support"
