Pros: acclaimed performance, reasonable pricing, included data recovery software, supposedly included RAW software
Cons: Capture One software code only in marked boxes, speed and temperature range less essential
The Bottom Line: At now $100 after rebate, this is a no-brainer for reliability and brand name. Look for marked boxes for the PhaseOne software.

Pros: Very durable, performs well at all temperatures, very fast read and write times.
Cons: Expensive, many devices can't yet take advantage of its speed capabilities.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended for digital SLRs that are subjected to tough working conditions. Very fast write and read times, good reliability, and enough memory to get through longer assignments.
