Pros: Small and easy to connect to phone
Cons: expensive, cheap plastic, fragile

I do a lot of business on the phone so its important for me to have a good headset. I heard a lot of good reviews about the Jawbone. I bought one from Best Buy and they matched the price of Amazon.com. I tested it out and on the first day after charging it for the first time I pulled the noise shield off when I unplugged the charger. I just feels fragile and made of cheap plastic. I decided to make a few calls and no one noticed a difference or any better clarity. It didn't cancel out back ground noise that well. I am going to return this headset and stick to my old one, because for $100 I would expect it be dramatically different from the competitors.
