Pros: Once you have a Mac you will never go back!
Cons: It will take time to get accustomed with the differences from Windows.
The bottom line: You will not be dissapointed, this is a great machine.
I absolutely love this computer! The screen is BIG and sleek. The keyboard is very thin and nice. (You have the option to opt for wireless mouse or keyboard-this is especially convenient with the mouse.) Time machine is amazing (even though you do need to buy an external hard drive to use it). Its nice knowing that everything is automatically saved every day and can be accessed through time machine. Another favorite of mine is iMovie. I am definitely an amateur when it comes to editing and creating our home videos, but with iMovie it's a breeze. I had music, slideshows, chapter selections-everything to make a great home movie. The editing is very user friendly. Editing pictures is easy with iPhoto also. I took old pictures (50-70 years ago!) and retouched, cropped, rotated them. You can even change colors and lighting. It's nice if you have an ipod to automatically sync with your itunes, calendar, photos, etc. Front row gives you a remote control so you can watch a movie or pictures without having to sit at your desk. Photo booth is a fun feature that lets you take silly pictures and distort them right from your computer. I highly recommend getting iWork so that you can have a word processor, powerpoint and excel program.
