if you truely want the most powerful, expandable, advanced, and attractive Macintosh available, the high end G4 is for you, assuming you've got about 6500 to use. Although yes, it is very overpriced, the G4 is 100-200% faster than the FASTEST pentium IIIs, and runs games and big programs smoothly, amazingly quickly, and it just BLOWS YOUR MIND!!! OS 9 was made to run on this baby, you can read my review I did on that a few days ago. Opening a program takes less than a second, graphics are amazing, All there is to say is WOW!!!! This computer has only jammed on me ONCE in all the time that I've owned it, when I was on the internet and 40405050 windows popped up at once. and I havent even talked about looks yet! The G4 has sensuous curves... beautiful crystal-like handles, with white sides and grey accents. Apple, and apple ONLY, could make a grey that can truly be called 'lucious'. The same shape as the G3, but in much sexier, more adult colors, stepping away from playful blue. *drrooooool* I love my G4. Did i forget to write about the cinema screen? this baby makes the whole purchase even more worthwhile. it can show a whole two pages worth of documents, great for if you write a lot. its also really cool looking, if you ask me. but performance is incredibly. bright, vibrant colors, incredible detail, absoloutly breathtaking.
