Pros: My back never felt so good after wearing my baby for an hour!
Cons: High price tag may scare you off- search Ebay or Craigslist for a used one.
The Bottom Line: Spend the money and get the best carrier. Your baby and your back will both enjoy the ride!

Cons: The baby can get hot easily.

Cons: FLAP DOES NOT STAY DOWN. COME ON, BJORN!!!!

Pros: Easy to find, easy to use, decent re-sale
Cons: Not ergonomic for babies, painful as baby gains weight, limited versatility
The Bottom Line: You can do better! Get something that is comfy for you and good for your baby.
