Pros: They Provide 24-7 Customer Service
Cons: their ONE YEAR customer service is poor
The Bottom Line: Do not purchase this model unless u enjoy having problems with computers. read my opinion above over again if u are even THINKING about buying one

Pros: Good for a mediocre office computer.
Cons: No video driver on win2K. Slow for its era (K6-2 533mhz).
The Bottom Line: Don't buy this as a primary computer! Use for MS Office and Internet only.

Pros: Large Hard Drive
Cons: Can't upgrade processor, can't run most games due to restrictions, buy a Pentium Processor
The Bottom Line: If your wanting to play "cool" games, DONT!. If you want to use it to work with, OK.

Pros: Cheap,large hard drive,simple set-up.
Cons: terrible graphics,too much time to resolve simple issues
The Bottom Line: Glad I bought it- and I got my money's worth out of it.
