Pros: Clear, bright sound. DVD decoding and a slew of other features.
Cons: Occasionally buggy drivers. Dongle might be a problem if you are rough.
The Bottom Line: Highly recommended: the sound quality and feature set blow away anything that comes stock in a laptop.

Pros: Inexpensive, amazing sound quality. 7.1 channel decoding. Portable. THX certified. Fantastic software bundle.
Cons: Drivers install AOL, yuck.
The Bottom Line: For under $100, you get THX-ceritified sound with full 7.1 decoding. Your laptop CAN produce great sound with the help of the Audigy 2 ZS Notebook!

Pros: The most versatile and talented multi-use mobile sound card available - unparalleled sound quality.
Cons: I'll have to rerecord all the tracks on my Creative Zen Touch MP3 player...rats!
The Bottom Line: Better than even my audiophile expectations, this card has made my best ever recordings, and plays midi instruments wonderfully. Surround sound for DVDs and games along with quality free speakers.

Cons: Unusable, poor mfr. support, software isn't the most stable either.
