Great Seat
Pros: Safety!
Cons: Heavy with a 15 lb infant in it. Only goes to 22 lbs Full review We have this Graco SnugRide in the Emerson pattern which is unfortunately no longer available. This is a great seat. We definitely feel that our infant is safe in it. I really researched my options before my son was born. I know that some seats go will hold a larger baby, but this was one of the best models for safety, including the new side-impact testing that was done. It also had a matching lighter weight stroller which will be able to be used for much longer than the carrier. Everyone is going for the travel sets now, which are nice, but the strollers are little extreme. I ended up paying a little more for the 2 matching pieces but have a set that makes sense for me and the baby. I believe it could also be used with a SnapnGo stroller. For the price range, it is a great value. We have already taken it on a plane trip - once it was able to be used and the other time gate checked. So far, it has really held up, which makes me feel good. You just never know how they will handle your baggage. It is very easy to use without the base while traveling as well. |
