Pros: Windows OS means lots of software. Build quality. Wifi connectivity. Outstanding phone and fuctions.
Cons: Wireless B?? Feels cheap but its not cheaply built. Screen protector a must!
The Bottom Line: If you use a PDA and a phone this is the best option, hands down. Lots of software titles, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPRS, and an outstanding keyboard/form factor to boot.

Pros: Nice appearance, good functionality, lots of versatility
Cons: Complicated for a new user, sound quality so so on incoming calls, somewhat slow processor
The Bottom Line: Nice phone, too complicated for me, but great for those more technologically inclined -- has helped my family be more organized.

Pros: Great functionality, excellent convergence device.
Cons: Small stylus, odd caps/shift/number setup. difficult initial setup.
The Bottom Line: If you can, wait until the 8500 comes out in a few months, if you can't wait then go ahead you won't regret it.

Pros: Wide and powerful range of features, more than adequate converged device
Cons: Sometimes confusing setup, occasional WM5 stability questions
The Bottom Line: A very powerful and solid device, it is not for the fainthearted or simple phone user. When fully tapped, it will straddle the gap between phone and PDA.

Pros: Good display, responsive, good connectivity options, cool keyboard, nifty design, good build quality construction
Cons: Can't use keyboard(s) when driving, annoying interface options, minimal manual
The Bottom Line: I like it because it is a full featured phone, but with enough quirks for the gadget-meister in me to have fun with. Plenty of play time here

Cons: No physical keypad for dialing. Smallish stylus. Some features of Windows Mobile 5 are irksome.
The Bottom Line: This PDA-phone is the ultimate hybrid device but requires significant compromises.

Pros: slide out qwerty keyboard, it does everything! wifi!
Cons: flimsy, fragile screen, too loud
The Bottom Line: If you need a computer or need wifi this is your phone. If you just want a basic phone with a calculator and text messaging try another.
