The bottom line: HP printers are the best! The Officejet 6310 meets or exceeds all expectations!
I have always been happy with HP products. I've bought other brands that I thought were cheaper, but they never lasted as long as my first printer, a trusty Deskjet that outlasted more than one pc.

These days, I prefer a printer that has a fax, copier, and scanner included. I did a lot of research, and found the HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One was not much more expensive than the "cheap" brands I'd been buying.

Right out of the box, it worked like a dream! Superfast printing from the pc, BEAUTIFUL and accurate colors, both on color copy jobs, and printing pics.

Every aspect of it is wonderful! Faxing is simple and quick. I haven't scanned yet, but, I'm confident that it will be just as perfect as all the other functions I've used.

My 10 year old son usually complains about the printer we have. He uses the pc frequently for his school projects, printing art and photos, and is somewhat of a critic, in my opinion. We had been using an old printer a friend had lent us until we got a new one, and all he did was complain about how slow it was, and that the printed pages were faint and difficult to read.
Once we got the Officejet 6310 going, he had nothing but praise for it. Quote, "Mom, this is the fastest and best printer we've ever had!".

From now on, it's ONLY HP for me!
