Pros: great price easy set up, does everything
Cons: big unit for the desk
The Bottom Line: for the money it's worth it ,it's a great unit that handles all your office needs

Pros: Attractive packaging.The scanner has performed well.

Pros: Good price, easy to use and good size/weight.
Cons: One month after purchase, found it at another store for 30% less.
The Bottom Line: This is just right for home/small office use, but if you do a lot of printing you may want something that holds more paper.

Pros: Printing of black and white text initially was good.
Cons: Customer support is offshore. Clueless tech support.

Pros: prints fast, scans well, faxes from scanner bed or print tray
Cons: crazy error messages for no reason!
The Bottom Line: I would recommend this to someone that doesnt need something they will use constantly or just wants to do basic functions, however keep the manual for error codes =)
