Pros: HP quality and manuals
Cons: Vista lack of backward compatibility... XP software DOES NOT RUN

Kind of like having a baby... A lot of pain (dealing with Vista), but in the end you will have something great. Be prepared for the Vista shock and most of your software applications not making the journey with you... even some hardware will not be compatible (HP 6300c scanner). But the HP hardware is solid as a rock and their manuals are very good. Overall you will not be disappointed... this is a great deal.
