Pros: Easy to install. Has 35MM/slide film Transparency. Good for home use.
Cons: TWAIN Software too simple for those that want more controls. Film size limited. Slow scans.
The Bottom Line: Good for home use. Easy to use and set up. Cheap price with the Transparency unit. It was slow at high res.

Pros: good scan quality, ease of use/user friendliness, comes with accessory
Cons: price, support/warranty, accessory not that useful.
The Bottom Line: Stay away... go with something else for 35mm and slide scanning... like a high end scanner or a dedicated 35mm scanner.

The Bottom Line: If you are not a scanner wizard it does take some time to learn how to use. The price is affordable.
