Pros: Pricy considering the newer Logitech models 5000 & Orbit have been out for awhile.
Cons: For a little more money, I'd opt for the newer 5000 version

Pros: Great picture quality, useful extras
Cons: SOFTWARE NIGHTMARE, and the connection to the stand is garbage.
The Bottom Line: Throughout many of Logitech's reviews you will find people with software problems, they are common and I fell victim.

Pros: Very fine quality product AS HARDWARE.
Cons: Poor, scanty, misleading documentation.
The Bottom Line: Buy this product if you are experienced in software installation, can read between the lines of lousy documentation, and don't mind the aggravation of poor and expensive support.
