First impressions as a user were quite good. The size and form fit me well. I imagine not every one would be able to wear it as comfortably as I did. When asked, the people that I phoned however had a much different story. Sound for them was "tinny" and hollow, in some cases impossible to communicate.

After using the headset for a month, the connection to the phone ceased to exist. turning on the headset resulted in the headset "disconnected" from the phone?!?! The headset has become completely unuseable.

I'm not impressed. This unit costs far too much considering it's 45 day lifespan.
