Cons: mouthpiece may break, must have mouthpiece open to receive a call with one touch

I bought the Motorola H700 blue tooth wireless headset for my husband last Christmas. He loved the headset up until it fell apart 9 months later. Unfortunately, the mouth piece fell apart from being opened and closed during normal use. I have seen similar things happen to the cellular flip phones. The reception was good and it was very adaptable to his phone. Pity! The next one I purchase for him won't have the flip mouthpiece
