Pros: Small, comfortable (for me and my GF who had different ear sizes)
Cons: Quality questionable, poor support
The Bottom Line: I would test one fully in the store before buying to make sure it's what you want. Some of my issues might have just been my phone.

Pros: easy to pair, good incoming quality
Cons: outgoing quality is horrible
The Bottom Line: I cannot recommend this headset to anyone, especially if you have a RAZR. It would be torture to whoever you are calling.
