Pros: Good computing power, nice stying and lightweight.

Cons: Defective mouse pad (driver/Vista/other?) and HORRIBLE customer service!

The Bottom Line: I used to be a big fan of Sony Vaio, but my terrible experience with this model and Sony's customer support have turned me away - for life!
