Pros: Fun and addictive.
Cons: Revolution mode moves a little slow
The Bottom Line: This one's a blast. No brainer. Just fun.

Pros: Blowing up buildings, blowing up people, blowing up everything.
Cons: Repetitive gameplay and annoying sounds.
The Bottom Line: State of Emergency has a lot of great game features, but the missions of the game get repetitive, and the music and sounds become annoying.

Pros: Overwhelming violence, a few extra modes of play, and fully interactive environments…
Cons: …but a lack of character models, not enough stages, and it’s only one player.
The Bottom Line: Rockstar has delivered yet another solid game in State of Emergency. I highly recommend it to any fan that’s looking for a good shoot’em-up game.

Pros: Devlish fun, real sense of hysteria, good visual effects, fun factor, nice weapon selection
Cons: social guilt, pain-in-the-bottom camera, repetitive
The Bottom Line: I'd get it, but there are obvious problems, including a question of its longevity. Could I really play this long-term?

Pros: Intense arcade fun, lots of death and destruction.
Cons: Repetitive and lacking depth. Needs two player mode.
The Bottom Line: This is a great game, pretty violent but fun, easy to get into and the arcade mode takes a lot of strategy from pinball.

Pros: Rockstar Game - First of its kind
Cons: Camera gets stuck, needs constant attention.
The Bottom Line: State of Chaotic Crazy Violence would be a better name. Rent it first to see if it's deep enough for you. It wasn't for me.

Pros: Nice, Smooth Graphics. Great Weapons (use a head to beat people with!)
Cons: NO 2 player mode!!, Graphics are a little blocky..
The Bottom Line: This game is not for everyone. Most people will not like how shallow the gameplay is, but I think that really adds to the type of game it is.

Pros: Fun, chaotic, nice graphics, and pretty good selection of weapons.
Cons: Very repetitive and not much replay value
The Bottom Line: I would only recommend this for a rental but not to purchase.
