Pros: accesories,software,its microsoft.
Cons: not windows vista, will soon be out of date.

Windows XP Pro is mostly used for people who are interested in doing more of businees work, lots of schools use it and lots of multi-networked companys to keep track of there workers and such, but all in all this is a great operating system I wouldn't recomend it to just any person/ people at home.
