Well, I got the 4th core stable on mine. At X3 I got it to 3.6ghz, stable. Stays pretty cool, never above 50 degrees celsius.

An ideal processor for a home upgrade to Windows 7.
Cons
Is apparently not 100% compatible with Intel processors.

Yes
I'm not a big fan of tweaking up my hardware just for entertainment, but still I found myself needing a new CPU to go with my new motherboard as part of my pending upgrade to Windows 7. (As it turns out, the only hardware that I can still use is the PC's case.)
