Pros Cool, Quiet, High performance, and hold stocks for 64 bit future
Cons Nothing (comparatively with any other CPUs for this price)
Recommended it? Yes

I have use this subject in my barebone from Shuttle. Little case, so cool (I mean not hot) CPU is needed for operation quietly. Unable to enjoy the AMD 64 bit chip

byctwilson Oct 30, 2005
2 Helpfuls 3 Helpfuls Was this review helpful?
Pros AMD literature says it will work real fast
Cons No hardware compatibility.
Recommended it? No

Pros Can't beat that performance for the money!
Cons none at this price!
Recommended it? Yes

This is one of the best processors you can get for the price. Not only is it 64-bit, very reliable, and affordable, it can even handle some high-end gaming! You can't beat it for the price and performance balance it offers. It also makes a good over-clocker. I have personally, safely over-clocked... Read full review »

Pros Fast, runs cool, well supported
Cons At this pricepoint, none.
Recommended it? Yes

This has been a great processor so far. I'm running an ASUS board with a dual PCIE16 GeForce 6600GT video card set and 1GB of ram.

While I primarily use my machine for home office stuff, I have gotten hooked on FEAR and also play civ4. Neither game stutters in the least running a 19" LCD... Read full review »
