Pros Great sound, great price, and just an overall quality product.
Cons Cannot rip to .mp3 format out of the box.

Pros Amazing sound! Surround works brilliantly in games and DVD. Easy setup. Decent software...
Cons No more standard inputs. No automatic mode switching.
