Cons Cannot rip to .mp3 format out of the box.

Pros Amazing sound! Surround works brilliantly in games and DVD. Easy setup. Decent software...
Cons No more standard inputs. No automatic mode switching.

Pros Pcie slot (more resources=more performance), soundblaster name, excellent directional,...
Cons Fidgety install, issues on 64 bit os, issues on nvidia sli chipset systems.
