I've had good experiences so far with Creative products and the Zen X-Fi did not disappoint.

Creative in recent times have put their foot off the accelerator with their last "big thing" being the Zen Vision:M.

I ordered this product from Amazon.com since there are no stores that carry the item and Creative Labs do not sell directly.  After waiting more than a week (free super saver shipping takes that long) I finally recieve the media player and discover that it is completely dead. I don't need a mp3 player with a hundred gigs of space on it. I want something that will hold a few hundred songs that I love and can listen to wherever I am.
