Pros Inexpensive, easy to use and store, takes SmartMedia and xD-Picture Cards.
Cons Possibly awkward if your CPU does not have USB ports on the front.
Recommended it? Yes

I consider this little gem a lifesaver. I write and take photos for a local newspaper, and had over 100 photos on a SmartMedia card -- and an editor eager to get them. However, updating my OS rendered my original card reader useless. I first bought a Lexar "universal" card reader, which didn't work... Read full review »
